Be Inspired!

Life is constantly throwing challenges our way. Either we learn how to deal with them, allowing them to teach us what we need to learn . . . or we allow them to trip us up. Unless we find ways of continually nourishing our resolve, it is easy to lose our focus and get discouraged. The debilitating effects of our negative childhood tapes will rear their ugly heads and we will continue to struggle.

But what if we could push the "eject" button and replace those destructive tapes with ones that inspire and energize us?

These inspiring nuggets help remind us of the big picture of our lives. They continually highlight the difference between what we can control and what we need to let go of and accept. They inspire us to live life on its own terms and encourage us to give what we want most to get.

For the same reason that we require continual "work-outs" to stay physically fit and maintain the muscle memory in our bodies, our mental muscles require the same kind of consistent exercise. If left to themselves, they both will follow the pull of gravity!

Here's hoping that some of these precious nuggets will help recharge YOUR battery and keep you in the best shape of your life!

"First seek to understand before you seek to be understood."

"The future is purchased by the present."

"Remember the lesson and forget the mistake."

"In relationships, we will keep getting what we are getting until we stop doing what we are doing."

"This thing we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down."

"Every choice we make comes from either fear and doubt or trust and love."

"Sometimes our only means of transportation is a giant leap of faith."

"Compassion is wonderful, but if it does not include ourselves, it is incomplete."

"Most unhappiness stems from comparison."

"The power of Attitude approximates Magic."

"Life expands or contracts in proportion to our Courage."
